Job Description

Job: Paralegal

Location: Downtown Tulsa, OK

Hours: 8am-5pm

Work Schedule: HYBRID - In office 2 to 3 days a week

Pay: $60,000-$70,000/ year

Dress: Business Casual

Job Description:

Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience needed for fast paced, mid-size firm. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Adobe Acrobat, OnCue, Trial Director, or other trial presentation software is essential. Knowledge of CaseMap, TextMap, and TimeMap is also beneficial, as is experience with LexisNexis.

Qualified candidates will be able to multitask and support multiple cases simultaneously. Candidates should have experience with billing and time entry, and preparing discovery including e-Discovery, records requests and review, redaction of documents, vetting experts, conducting background searches, mediation, and trial preparation. Additionally, candidates must have a professional appearance and demeanor and be able to work in a confidential environment.
