Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to practice full-scope orthopedic surgery in a rural community setting while enjoying 10-15-shift/month schedule and the professional support of a well-established, physician-led surgical group near Reno Nevada. We specialize in surgicalist programs and partner with hospitals nationwide to improve care, expand access, and redefine how surgeons practice.

Balanced case mix of both elective and acute orthopedic cases

Clinic duties include elective orthopedic cases, follow-ups, and outpatient consults

Target volume: 150 acute cases + 150 elective cases = 300 total cases in year one

Build and lead a program that has a direct impact on the health of the local community

Enjoy autonomy with support in a collaborative, patient-centered environment

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

Experience in arthroscopy, joint replacement, and acute fracture care

Comfortable managing a balance of elective and inpatient referrals

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Committed to patient satisfaction and clinical excellence

Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment
