Nursery Manager - Ajman

Job Description:

A reputable nursery in Ajman is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, and curriculum implementation. The manager will ensure the highest standards of care, develop strategies for growth, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with parents.

Academic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in Early Years settings.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulations and compliance.

• Salary: AED 14,000 - 16,000/month
