We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Urgent Care team in Hamilton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation, sound judgment, and the ability to practice semi-autonomously while collaborating with an experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers.

40 clinical hours per week, seeing both in-office and telemedicine patients
Flexible schedule of 8 to 10-hour weekday shifts
One Saturday every 4 to 6 weeks from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Average three patients per hour, approximately 15 to 20 minutes per visit
No call responsibilities
Perform common urgent care procedures independently, including:
Laceration repair
Abscess incision and drainage
Fluorescein exams
Splinting, paronychia drainage, and digital nerve blocks
Evaluate and manage acute illness and injury across all age groups
Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to ensure continuity of care
Document efficiently using M-Modal dictation with optional scribe support based on volume
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care both in-office and via telehealth
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
Active New Jersey APRN License, CDS, and DEA
Strong procedural competency and diagnostic confidence
Private practice experience preferred
Excellent bedside and webside manner
Strong technology and EMR proficiency
Leadership mindset with ability to operate semi-autonomously while knowing when to collaborate
Must pass background, reference, and malpractice checks
