Salary Range: $84,849 – $127,274 annually (based on experience)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Mother-Baby Unit . This is a key leadership role within a highly respected healthcare organization recognized for excellence in maternal and newborn care. Position Highlights:
Leadership Opportunity: Lead daily operations of the Mother-Baby Unit, including staffing, patient care, and quality improvement. You’ll be supported by four Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) and relief charge nurses.
Patient-Centered Care: Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality postpartum and newborn care, enhancing the experience for both patients and families.
Collaborative Environment: Partner with multidisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based practice and improve maternal and neonatal outcomes.
Operational Management: Manage unit budget, payroll, and staffing while fostering an engaged and high-performing team culture.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2–5 years of recent acute care leadership in a Mother-Baby or postpartum unit required. Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Active Texas RN license or compact state license
BLS certification required
NRP certification required
