Eaton's North American Sales division is currently seeking a National Account Sales Manager - Wesco to join their team. This position can be based in various locations, including Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Kansas City, MO; Las Vegas, NV; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA, or St. Louis, MO. The role provides a comprehensive understanding of all aspects related to channel and its entire cycle.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $123,750.00 - $181,500.00 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

**What you'll do:**
This role is crucial in developing relationships to assist in driving sales growth for key accounts and market segments with WESCO/Anixter and other subsidiaries. As the National Account Manager, you will leverage all Eaton sales resources, products, and solutions to enhance engagement and drive growth, managing one of our top customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a $1B business with WESCO/Anixter within their three Strategic Business Units (EES, UBS, and CSS) across the US.
- Assist in Eaton and WESCO's global growth strategy by SBU and global geography.
- Responsible for identifying and developing areas for growth across all Eaton divisions with WESCO/Anixter groups.
- Manage relationships with key leadership and works closely across Eaton divisions and within WESCO/Anixter to improve engagement.
- Serve as the executive liaison between Eaton and WESCO/Anixter at all levels of the organizations. Incumbent must facilitate negotiations and coordinate executive communications to reach optimal resolution for both Eaton and WESCO/Anixter.
- Act as an executive consultant to Eaton leadership on all matters related to the WESCO channel, providing guidance and thought leadership on issues and resolutions to both executive teams.
- Take ownership of driving change to improve processes and effectiveness that will eliminate roadblocks to sales growth and engagement. Drives all elements to completion and full resolution by working independently.
- Drive improvement of managing BDF, training, use of Eaton tools, and programs to improve sales growth. - Responsible for driving the Eaton Distributor Advantage Program with the objective of improving growth and loyalty through the program.
**Qualifications:**
**Required (Basic) Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical sales or marketing.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
- No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of either Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Kansas City, MO; Las Vegas, NV; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA, or St. Louis, MO. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
- Master's/MBA degree.
- Prior experience working with or in the electrical channel.
- Product line marketing and/or operational experience.
**Skills:**
- Strong market and product knowledge.
- Proficiency in data analytics and tools like PowerBI.
- Expertise in sales techniques, customer relations, and personnel development.
- Strong professional presence and communication style.
- Proven ability to set aggressive sales plans and achieve ambitious targets.
- Ability to identify growth market opportunities and tailor strategic sales plans.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work with all levels of customer organizations.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage conflict and ambiguity.
- Technical aptitude to understand and position solutions.
- Ability to influence without authority in a matrix environment.
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financials.
- Ability to forge strong relationships within Eaton and WESCO.
- Ability to perform project economic payback analysis and valuation modeling.
- Strong commercial experience and understanding of channel go-to-market strategies.
