As a Mortgage Loan Advisor, you will have the opportunity to guide individuals through the home loan process, empowering them to take control of their financial future. You'll receive ongoing training to reactivate your NMLS licenses, and, once licensed, you'll work with leads, using your consultative sales skills and mortgage expertise to offer residential and other future products.

We offer hybrid work options in the Phoenix, AZ metro area.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate and assess applicants' financial status, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility
Provide clear advice and educate clients on available mortgage products and the application process
Assist clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they provide the necessary documentation for approval
Utilize mortgage-specific systems (Loan Origination System, CRM, credit vendor system) to manage the mortgage process from start to finish
Maintain regular communication with prospects, loan applicants, and third-party vendors, following up throughout the mortgage journey
Within the first 45 days, you'll be expected to qualify for multiple state mortgage licenses to conduct business across various states as required
What You'll Bring:
Current Arizona Resident - role must be based in AZ
Active NMLS License (or ability to reactivate)
Must have passed the SAFE exam
1+ years of mortgage lending experience
Eligible to complete all state and federal MLO licensing requirements, including pre-license education, testing, and background checks
Strong ability to work independently while also being a great team player
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Passionate about helping others, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Strong integrity, collaboration skills, and a desire to continually improve
