Your Role & Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality therapy services to clients in a medical setting or private practice environment
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine each client's psycho-social needs
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client goals
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
Assist clients and families in accessing community resources and support services
Offer counseling and emotional support to clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges
Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive the care and support they need
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions
Supervise and document sessions for Limited Licensed Social Workers (LLMSWs)
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
✔️ Active Michigan state license (LMSW, LPC, LP, LMFT, or equivalent)
✔️ Previous experience in medical social work or mental health counseling (Preferred)
✔️ Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation (Preferred)
✔️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✔️ Passion for providing high-quality, client-centered care
