### Role Overview
We’re looking for a performance-driven **Media Buyer** to manage and scale paid advertising across **Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat**. This role works closely with our creative strategist and video editor to continuously test, optimize, and scale winning ad creatives.
You’ll be responsible for both execution and performance optimization.
### Key Responsibilities
* Upload and manage ads on:
* Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
* TikTok Ads
* Snapchat Ads
* Analyze ad performance and creative results
* Review and provide feedback on creative briefs
* Coordinate with:
* Creative Strategist
* Video Editor
* to plan the next batch of ads
* Adjust budgets, pause underperforming ads, and scale winners
* Optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS and efficiency
### Requirements
* Proven experience running paid ads on Meta and TikTok
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills
* Experience working with short-form video ads
* Ability to collaborate with creative teams
* Comfortable managing daily budgets and performance metrics
### Nice to Have
* Snapchat Ads experience
* Experience in fashion or DTC brands
* Understanding of UGC-style ad creatives
