About Us

We are an established E-commerce Brand currently rebranding and evolving for 2026. In 2025, we generated ~$6 Million in sales. Our goal for 2026 is to reach $25 Million, with approximately 20% of revenue driven specifically by Google Ads.

We are entering a massive growth phase, planning to scale our ad spend from ~$40k-$150k/month to over $200k/month. We are looking for a dedicated specialist to join our internal team—not an agency.

The Product We sell a high-demand, ultra-lightweight, high-power blower used for garden maintenance and car drying. The product has proven market fit. We have a dedicated creative team providing new video assets and angles weekly; your sole focus will be the data and media buying execution.

The Role

We are NOT looking for a "guru" or an agency. We are looking for a disciplined Data Scientist / Sniper to manage our budget exclusively. You will be the disciplined executor who follows strict internal rules, creates detailed daily reports, and focuses purely on improving the ad account every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Execution: Analyze the account daily without exception. Audit search terms, adjust tROAS, and optimize bid strategies.
• Scale Aggressively: Manage a budget growing to $200k+/month while maintaining profitability.
• Strict Reporting: Provide detailed daily reports on performance and optimization actions.
• Strategy Implementation: Launch new campaigns weekly following our specific internal methodology while proposing data-backed improvements.
• Collaboration: Request specific assets from our creative team based on data feedback.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: You have managed monthly ad spends of at least $50k-$100k USD.
• Exclusivity: You must be ready to commit to us as your ONLY client. We require 100% focus. No freelancers juggling multiple accounts.
• E-commerce Focus: Strong background in D2C e-commerce (Sales objective), not just Lead Gen.
• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Google Ads mechanics (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube).
• No AI Reliance: You must be able to think, write, and analyze manually. We value human logic over automated generic responses.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $1,500 - $3,000 USD / Month (Determined by experience & initial test results).
• Performance Bonus: Opportunity to upgrade to a salary + % of ad spend model after 3 months of proven performance.
