We are seeking a dynamic and driven **Marketing Manager** to lead our marketing efforts, grow brand awareness, and support business development initiatives.
**Position Overview:**
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive demand, engage target audiences, and enhance our market presence. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for creative storytelling, digital marketing, and content design.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to support company goals and growth.
* Manage brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity across all channels.
* Create and oversee engaging content (social media, website, brochures, presentations, case studies, etc.).
* Design and coordinate creative content and visuals to support campaigns (experience in design tools a plus).
* Plan and execute digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
* Organize and manage events, trade shows, and webinars to promote solutions.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support client engagement.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technology/automation industries.
* Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM, and analytics tools.
* Creative content design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a strong plus.
* Knowledge of the building automation or construction industry is an advantage.
