Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually ($38.46 – $43.27 per hour)

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong digital and product marketing experience to lead multi-channel campaigns and support overall growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to manage content, advertising, and performance-based initiatives while collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support product and service promotion.
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns across platforms including social media, email marketing, and e-commerce.
• Oversee content production for newsletters, blogs, and web updates, leveraging tools such as Shopify.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure integrated marketing approaches for new product launches.
• Coordinate paid advertising campaigns with a focus on brand growth and audience targeting.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven understanding of core marketing concepts and campaign execution.
• Experience in product marketing, aligning brand messaging with product goals.
• Expertise in email marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with content management systems, including WordPress.
• Understanding of traditional print marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and sales funnel optimization.
• Ability to craft high-quality content across blogs, emails, and social media.
• Proficient in social media strategy and audience development.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in performance marketing and campaign analytics.

Note: This is a temp-to-hire position based in-office at our Los Angeles location. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and able to start promptly.
