Our client in the EdTech space is looking for a fully remote Marketing Coordinator to join their team for about 40 hours a week for the next 12 months with a possibility for extension!
The Marketing Coordinator must have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
High attention to detail and organization
Experience using Salesforce, Asana, Zoom and Oracle is preferred
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:
Providing internal support for a team of marketing managers, managing multiple projects and deadlines
-Updating and creating sales tools, marketing collateral and product information in internal systems
Variety of admin tasks such as submitting invoices, ordering supplies, creating contracts, monitoring supply budgets, updating databases to ensure data accuracy etc.
