The Marketing Associate position provides an excellent opportunity to build upon initial responsibilities and grow with one of the nation’s leading financial institutions. Candidates must possess a positive attitude and be eager to work on various projects with a cohesive, demanding team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels
• Assist in creating and editing marketing materials, social media content, and client communications while ensuring brand and compliance standards
• Help manage website and social media updates, track engagement, and report on campaign performance
• Help coordinate marketing of client events, webinars, and sponsorship activities, including logistics and follow-up
• Maintain marketing databases to support campaign tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution
• Provide administrative and project support to the brand team as needed
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to create and update marketing materials
• Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

Experience and Skills

• Bachelors degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Experience in coordinating and executing financial services marketing: branding, advertising, campaign creation, e-mail and social media marketing, events, and strategic planning
• 5+ years of relevant corporate experience preferred
• Previous financial background not required, but strong interest in learning the financial services industry is a must
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Highly proficient in Salesforce marketing cloud
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and levels of the organization
• Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
• Excellent client service skills
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $70,000-$75,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. At Wedbush, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at, or near, the top of the range for their role. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
