Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team and help support our ongoing efforts to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Role Overview :
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting various aspects of our marketing activities, from content creation to campaign execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to marketing efforts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, website, etc.).
  • Help create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Support the development and editing of marketing materials, including blog posts, email newsletters, promotional materials, and more.
  • Assist with market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Help manage the company’s social media accounts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries as needed.
  • Support the organization of events, webinars, or trade shows, including logistics, materials, and promotion.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and content.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure marketing materials are consistent with the brand’s voice and message.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or relevant coursework/experience).
  • 0-2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships or volunteer work is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the marketing field.
