Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. Job Description

The Advertising & Partnerships Insights & Measurement (I&M) organization seeks a Manager to join the growing Portfolio Initiatives team. You will play a key role in leading the Measurement Strategy for our innovative measurement product suite.

The Portfolio Initiatives team has traditionally been focused on centralizing I&M support of wider Ad Sales GTM, Thought Leadership, and executive led initiatives. The team recently expanded its responsibilities, now owning commercialization and strategy for our innovative Measurement solutions – including our always on measurement suite, audience insights tool, and centralized insights portal.

In partnership with the Senior Director of Portfolio Initiatives, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic product cycle for these solutions, including ingesting customer or sales feedback, identifying the value proposition and ideal customer segments for new solutions, prioritizing enhancements based on business needs, and working with Sales Enablement to bring these solutions to market. This includes building sales materials, rolling out training, and providing external representation of these solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Product Commercialization and Strategy

  • Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring progress against milestones and accountability for outcomes.
  • Track follow-up items and drive timely completion across stakeholders.
  • Synthesize complex data and qualitative insights into clear, persuasive narratives that tie key product value propositions with overarching ad sales pillars
  • Become a subject matter expert on NBCU Ad Sales Measurement product suite and roadmap, be able to clearly communicate role of each solution for advertisers and for NBCU and serve as a “go to” for stakeholders in support of questions, clarification, support.

Executive Partnership and Communication

  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership by leading priority, executive sponsored cross-functional workflows
  • Prepare and brief leadership periodically on workflow status; be able to effectively build executive or external facing materials and filter noise to communicate key points
  • Centralize communication of key initiatives across stakeholder and partner teams, identifying points of connection and ensuring collaborative cross-functional environment
  • Create high-quality, visually compelling presentations and materials that clearly communicate strategic initiatives, business updates, and executive messaging

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree (B.A., B.S.) from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years’ experience in ad sales measurement, product strategy, product management, product marketing, or project management roles at an Ad Tech/MarTech company, Digital Media Agency, Consulting/Strategy firm or Tech company
  • Significant experience leading cross-functional workstreams within highly matrixed complex organizations
  • Quickly grasp complex concepts and distill key information for internal or external clients
  • Keen interest in working within a fast-paced and evolving media and ad tech landscape
  • Strong handle of cross platform ad measurement methodologies and trends (e.g. brand lift, attribution, MMM, incrementality), privacy-centric ad tech tools and interoperability (e.g. data clean rooms) and other ad tech solutions (e.g. programmatic, contextual alignment, audience targeting, ad innovation).
  • Experience and comfortability developing and presenting strategic product plans directly with executive leadership
  • Strong research and analytical skills: ability to structure analysis and correctly interpret data to create a compelling narrative that accurately addresses the business challenge at hand
  • Master of Microsoft Office suite (PPT, Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to partner with fast-paced, high performing sales & marketing teams

Additional Requirements:

This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000 (bonus eligible)
