What You Will Be Doing - Engineer sophisticated AI systems that monitor, analyze, and optimize daily campus operations in real-time
- Architect scalable franchise models using advanced AI tools that ensure consistent excellence across all locations
- Direct campus buildouts from blueprint to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of state-of-the-art facilities
What You Won’t Be Doing - Managing academic staff or providing direct educational oversight
- Handling routine parent-teacher communications or student interactions
- Developing educational content, curriculum design, or pedagogical approaches

Basic Requirements - North America-based operational strategist
- Minimum 5 years of progressive operational leadership experience
- Demonstrated success implementing enterprise-level AI and automation solutions
- Capacity to travel 10-40% throughout the US to oversee new campus deployments

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
