What you’ll do…  

• Take ownership and demonstrate leadership necessary to achieve goals specific to Safety, Quality, Service, Efficiency and Employee Development
• Manage the team responsible for the installation, maintenance, and improvement of machinery, equipment and facilities, janitorial services, site security, systems, and grounds
• Direct, supervise, and /or assist in plant and facility capital improvement projects and installations
• Evaluate, recommend, and acquire tools for use, including process analysis software, and other physical tools and resources specific to reliability and maintenance improvement 
• Oversee the execution of preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance plans, and hold team accountable for adhering to the proper work standards related to precision maintenance as per job plans 

 

What you’ll need...  

• Requires one of the following: 
  • Bachelor's Degree with five (5) years previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent with eight (8) years previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills 
• Four (4) years maintenance experience, manufacturing preferred
• Two (2) years specific experience performing maintenance and equipment reliability 
• Displays strong interpersonal skills and is accessible and approachable
• Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures 
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, compare and investigate information, and recommend and implement resolution
