Job Title: Locum Tenens - Orthopedic Surgery Physician

Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Orthopedic Surgery Physician to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of October 2025. MD/DO Degree
Board Certified
Licensed in Oregon State
BLS Certification Required
No Additional Certifications are Required
Fellowship Status Preferred
EPIC Preferred
