Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and competitive Producer to join our team. If you have a passion for building meaningful relationships and can spot opportunities to provide value, this could be the role for you! As a Life Insurance Producer, you'll leverage your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend the best coverage options to help protect what matters most.

Compensation:

$72,000 base salary + commission
$6,000 quarterly bonus opportunity when goals are met

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring regular follow-ups.
Utilize your expertise in insurance products to advise and sell policies to both new and existing clients.
Conduct needs-based reviews with clients to help them understand their options and make informed decisions.
Identify potential leads, schedule appointments, and offer tailored products and services that meet customer needs.

What We're Looking For:

A genuine interest in marketing insurance products based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong listening abilities
Proactive problem-solving skills
Comfort with learning new systems and software
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Current insurance licenses (P&C and L&H)
Previous experience in a similar role (required)
Expected production of 7+ life applications each month
