Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Fulton, MO 65251
Schedule: Day Shift (5x8) | Options for 26 weeks or 13 weeks assignments
Local Rate: Up to $1,440 weekly (Up to $36/hour)
Travel Rate: Up to $1,683 weekly (Up to $42.08/hour)
Direct the daily functions of nursing assistants in compliance with regulations and facility guidelines.
Complete and file required documentation during resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Encourage attending physicians to review treatment plans, record progress notes, and sign orders.
Receive and transcribe physician telephone orders accurately.
Update resident charts, medication cards, and treatment/care plans as required.
Inform nursing staff of new admissions, expected arrivals, and room assignments.
Participate in facility surveys/inspections by authorized agencies.
Perform administrative nursing functions as assigned.
Consult with physicians on care, treatment, and rehabilitation plans for residents.
Review charts for treatment plans, medication orders, and diets.
Prepare and administer medications per physician orders, verifying resident identity beforehand.
Carry out all LPN duties related to drug administration as outlined in role requirements.
Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) and hospital experience
High School Diploma or GED
Active Missouri LPN license
BLS/CPR Certification (required)
