Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is looking for a creative and driven Landscape Architect with 5 - 8+ years of experience to join our talented team in Laurel, Maryland . This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an exciting mix of commercial, institutional, residential, and mixed-use developments throughout the region.
What You'll Do:
Lead and contribute to a wide range of land development projects
Prepare layouts, grading plans, and design landscapes for a variety of sites
Create compelling visual presentations using a variety of design tools
Collaborate across disciplines with planners, civil engineers, and architects
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
5–8 years of hands-on experience in site planning and landscape design
Strong graphic presentation skills (a big plus!)
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and PowerPoint is highly valued
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience with private sector land development projects preferred
