Job Title: KidStrong Coach Center: Amarillo Reports To: General Manager / Assistant General Manager Compensation Range: $16-18/hr Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping kids grow? Do you love creating fun and engaging experiences for children? If so, KidStrong wants you to join our team as a KidStrong Coach! As a Coach, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.
What You'll Do - Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
- Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
- Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs
- Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class -- you're the reason they love KidStrong!
- Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
- Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
- **Master of all:**Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for
Center Operations - Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
- Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.
We Want To Hear From People Who Have - Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
- Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you've coached a herd of cats, you're overqualified and also why did you do that?
- Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.
- Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
- Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!
