ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will join forces with dedicated professionals in the finance sector, working on exciting project that supports the technology needed to keep the functions fully operational.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Monitor file imports to ensure successful data integration between systems.
• Monitor incoming bank statement imports for accuracy and completenes.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Monitor TRM activities including report generation, accounting tasks, and file/data movements.
• Manually create MT940 files when banks fail to send them, ensuring uninterrupted reconciliation processes.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Strong understanding of financial data flows, including file imports, exports, and payment processing.
• Must have experience supporting the Treasury Workstation (ION Wallstreet Suite) v8 Cloud version .
• Advanced Excel skills for analyzing financial data and identifying discrepancies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and coordination with stakeholders.
