Job Description
The Cameron Case Executive Search Group is working on a high level search for an Investment Funds Associate, to join a bleeding edge Investment Funds group, within a dynamic Charlotte or New York City based law firm. The role offers exposure to a variety of investment vehicles while representing both managers and institutional investors.
Duties
- Engage in general investment management and fund formation work.
- Work with private equity funds, and hedge funds.
- Handle private credit funds, hybrid funds, and alternative investment vehicles.
- Interact directly with clients to provide strategic advice.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in investment funds.
- Experience drafting documents related to private equity fund management companies
- Solid understanding of the Investment Advisers Act and other securities regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Skills
- Proficiency in fund formation and investment management.
- Ability to work with various alternative investment vehicles.
