Role Description As a Sales - Insurance Account Representative for State Farm Insurance - Pam Leonard-Williams Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As a State Farm Agent with 22 years' experience, I have created a culture in my agency where it is not just another job but more like family. The team loves our monthly team building activities and annual retreats. I have prior team members who have become State Farm Agents, I coach and mentor for success.
Responsibilities - Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications - Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
