Our client , a growing industrial and manufacturing organization, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support customer inquiries, generate quotes, and drive revenue through responsive sales efforts. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on sales leads

• Provide quotes and process orders

• Maintain customer information and updates in CRM

• Support outside sales and coordinate with operations as needed

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of B2B or inside sales experience preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Tech-savvy and organized

• Positive, client-focused mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000–$85,000
