WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Provide support via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot remotely and occasionally travel to customer sites.
• Review sales orders for correct configurations
• Article creation / update knowledge base
• Create cases and maintain a first call resolution rate of 80% or higher

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WITH:

• Bachelors degree in an electronics or mechanical background
• 2 Years experience troubleshooting
• A responsible personality and a self-starter
• Problem solving skills and handles stressful situations well
• Lifelong learning desire
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good writing and verbal communication skills

We provide information to help others maintain printer uptime. The printers are providing information on the freshness of a product, where it was manufactured, and if it is an authentic product. The information is important to a consumer like you or your family so you have peace of mind that the product wont hurt you, or you can identify it because of a recall, or it is truly the brand you trust. You most likely pickup a Videojet printed on product everyday such as, Heinz ketchup, Coke, Pepsi, bottled water, Fritos, direct mail, Miller beer, etc… Videojet Support specialists help make the world a safer place everyday.

Can feel like a call center if personal focus is solely on phone calls.If continuous knowledge gaps are not addressed the job will become difficult so being able to self learn is critical. Help is needed to be on call overnight and on weekends.Some travel is required.

Team member promotions can occur from associate, to specialist, then Senior ,and finally principal. Opportunity to be promoted to Global Support where New product development and project management responsibility are needed. Past team members went into management, sales, product management, OEM support, OEM management, Engineering, Quality, SAR group, and other Veralto operating companies.

Past team members joined from Domino, Markem Image, Keyance, Zerox, Cannon, Oce, Xeikon, and the military.
