Industrial Painter 

$2,500 Sign-on Bonus 

Second shift role

Plus, with our recently acquired customers in the generator enclosures industry, we are rapidly expanding with orders for steel tanks and enclosures. Specific Qualifications:
  • Commitment to a safe work environment, quality product, and teamwork.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of tools, equipment/materials, safe work habits and the proper care for tools and equipment.
  • Able to mix and identify paints
  • Prepare surfaces by filling cracks, holes, joins with caulk or other fillers.
  • Be quality oriented and familiar with quality processes for painting including mil thickness and measurement methods.
  • Be detail oriented and dependable
  • Flexibility to work in other related departments as required.
  • Works from all types of ladders. 
  • Read, comprehend, and follow written, standardized work instructions and trained procedures such as blueprints and SOP.
  • Work cooperatively with others in a team environment.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and must be willing to work weekend shifts
  • Ability to reach a tape measure
  • Ability to move or transfer products with a hoist or overhead crane.
  • Ability to work independently without daily supervision 
  • Work overtime as/if needed
