The RxSS team is looking to hire an
Implementation Project Manager to join its Business Operations team! The Implementation Analyst is responsible for all the tactical and operational communication and processes that ensure a successful launch and high-quality client experience throughout the launch.
- Candidate must reside in Overland Park KS to support a hybrid work schedule.
- At this time, we are note able to offer sponsorship for employment visas. This includes individuals currently on F-1 OPT, or any other visa status that would require future sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanenet basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.
Responsibilities - Manage and ensure a smooth client on-boarding process, transitioning effectively to ongoing account administration while maintaining project plans and timelines
- Proactively identify and resolve on-boarding issues or trends, collaborating with stakeholders to implement efficient solutions
- Provide technical support and coordinate with teams to address implementation issues, while recommending changes to policies and procedures as necessary
- Collaborate with the system integration team to meet client requirements, ensuring proper training and efficient system implementation
- Develop and maintain processes and tools for the customer implementation lifecycle, identifying and addressing any defects
- Facilitate the removal of process barriers, such as bottlenecks or resource constraints, by influencing internal activities
- Stay informed of business and workflow changes, ensuring clients receive responsive and high-quality service
Required / Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 4+ years of relative implementation project management experience including client on-boarding and servicing
- Project management experience with strong organizational and planning skills, and ability to execute and monitor plans
- Expertise in file transfer methods and structure with the ability to communicate technical specifications to clients
- Ability to identify and manage project risks ensuring timely delivery
- Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across cross-functional business areas to achieve strategic and tactical results
- Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and execution skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Must reside in the Kansas City metropolitan area in order to support a hybrid schedule with some on-site work required at our Overland Park, KS based headquarters
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with MS Office suite of software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, SQL
- Understanding of pivot table and v-lookups in Excel

Our Base Pay Range for this position $67,400 - $112,300
