As an HVAC Lead Service Technician based in Bronx, NY , you’ll:
Perform expert-level maintenance and repair of HVAC/PTAC systems (central AC, ductless, gas/electric heating)
Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently and accurately
Deliver top-tier customer service during every visit
Ensure compliance with all safety, code, and quality standards
Utilize software like ServiceTitan for service documentation
Participate in the on-call rotation as needed
Cover territories in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs

Minimum of 4 years hands-on HVAC service experience
EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
OSHA 30 and SST certifications (preferred or willing to obtain)

Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 80 lbs
Authorized to work in the U.S.
