Housekeeper (PT)

Location: BRONX, NY.

Days: Tue, Wed, Fri.

Hours: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (exact hours can be adjusted).

Compensation: $25 to $40 per Hour.

Additional Benefits: One week's paid vacation (after first year of employment).

Start Date: 9/22/2025.

A Bronx family is looking for an experienced part time housekeeper to assist with maintaining a clean and organized home. The ideal candidate will handle general housekeeping duties, prepare light meals such as simple dinners, run errands including grocery shopping, and occasionally accompany the principal to doctor appointments. Candidates must be reliable, thorough, and conscientious, with a positive attitude. The role requires someone who can drive (using their own car or the family’s) and who communicates well in English.

Main Work Duties:

• General housekeeping.
• Laundry.
• Light cooking (simple dinners).
• Errands (grocery shopping, etc).
• Accompany principal on occasion to doctor appointments.

Required Qualities:

• Pleasant.
• Has a positive attitude.
• Conscientious.
• Thorough cleaner.
• Must drive (own car or family's).
• English speaking.
• Strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years of housekeeping experience working in a private home.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
