Job Description

1. Managing staff Recruiting, training, and monitoring staff, including the catering manager, housekeeping manager, room service manager, food and beverage manager, and customer service manager
2. Ensuring guest satisfaction Managing guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating reservations, and ensuring guests receive the highest level of service
3. Maintaining the hotel's physical appearance Overseeing maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings, and ensuring the hotel meets health and safety standards
4. Managing finances Managing budgets and financial plans, controlling expenditure, and forecasting revenue
5. Marketing and sales Promoting and marketing the business, analyzing sales figures, and devising market and revenue management strategies
6. Ensuring security Implementing safety protocols and training staff on emergency procedures
7. Ensuring compliance Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
