As a Hotel Booking Advisor, you will assist customers with booking hotel accommodations, answer inquiries, and provide excellent support to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with booking hotel rooms and related services through phone, email, or online channels.
• Provide customers with accurate and relevant information regarding hotel options, rates, and availability.
• Address customer concerns or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with hotel partners to resolve issues and improve booking efficiency.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel services and destinations to offer the best recommendations.
• Achieve performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, booking accuracy, and response time.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of hotel booking platforms and reservation systems is a plus.
• High attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
