Gun Drill Operator
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
Contract: 90-day contract-to-hire
Pay: Based on experience
A manufacturing team in Roseville is seeking a skilled Gun Drill Operator to support precision drilling operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience running gun drilling machines who values quality and efficiency.
Operate and set up gun drilling machines to produce precise, high-quality drilled components
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Collaborate with quality control to meet AS9102 and ISO9001 standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Prior experience operating gun drilling machines
Strong blueprint reading skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods
High School Diploma or GED preferred
