:

We are a busy, creative print shop proudly serving the Rio Grande Valley (RGV). Our work spans across local businesses, schools, events, organizations, and individuals who need high quality printed materials from custom banners and business cards to business signs and promotional items.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Print Shop Assistant who's ready to learn, work hard, and grow with us. No previous experience is required; we will train you!

What You'll Learn & Work With:

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in graphic design, print production, customer service, and hands-on tech. You'll be trained to operate professional print equipment, assist with design projects, and interact with customers daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Work:

• Assist in creating digital designs for products like signs, banners, stickers, and more

• Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, to prepare clean, print-ready files

• Help resize, format, and adjust files based on project requirements

Design Work:

• Operate and assist with advanced printing equipment, including:

• BesJet wide-format printers

• Mimaki and Roland printers

• Laser machines for engraving and cutting signs

• Assist with finishing tasks such as cutting, vinyl, laminating, and pressing

Customer Service:

• Greet walk-in clients and provide friendly front-desk assistance

• Answer phone calls, take messages, and help process basic orders

• Work with customers to understand their design needs and provide updates

• Communicate clearly with both staff and clients

Shop Support:

• Keep your workstation and shared spaces clean and organized

• Help with basic administrative duties (filing, labeling, supply restocking)

• Meet project deadlines

• Report any equipment issues and assist with maintenance as trained

You should be:

• Punctual and dependable always on time and ready to work

• Detail-oriented, able to spot small errors in design or print

• Fast learner especially with new equipment, software, or workflows

• Friendly and respectful, you'll work directly with clients and team members

• Comfortable using a computer and basic design tools

• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Bilingual

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• No experience required we will train you on everything

• Familiarity with design platforms like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

• Full Time

• Day Shift

Pay:

• $10 - 15 Per Hour
