Job Description

Benchmark International is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Tampa headquarters. The ideal candidate will bring strong skills in both print and digital design, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be excited to contribute to strategic marketing initiatives that support a global brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Produce compelling design solutions that resonate with target audiences
• Ensure consistency across all design work in line with brand guidelines
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and digital ads
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Organize and maintain creative assets and resource libraries
• Collaborate with internal teams to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into visuals
• Edit images (original and stock), corporate headshots, and other assets for marketing use
• Contribute to creative ideation and team brainstorming sessions
• Maintain high standards of design and attention to detail
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

As our Graphic Designer, you must be a highly energetic and passionate individual with a positive and highly motivated ‘can do’ attitude. You must have a strong desire and ambition to succeed in this demanding but rewarding industry.

Specific qualifications for our Graphic Designer position include: 

• Please submit a digital portfolio along with your resume when applying.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and deliverables
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong skills in layout, typography, image editing, and photo retouching
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, design composition, and modern design trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to take creative direction, work independently, and collaborate with a team
• Must be able to work full-time on-site (no remote or hybrid option)
• Must have no adverse history with FINRA, the SEC, or any state regulatory agency

Additional Qualifications:

• Familiarity with UI design principles and web design tools
• Experience with motion graphics and/or video editing software
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Dreamweaver
• Awareness of current design trends and technologies

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Graphic Design, Marketing or related discipline

Salary 

The annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
