Responsibilities

Design and create visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity
Produce high-quality images and layouts for digital and print media
Assist in the development of presentation materials
Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas
Ensure all designs are aligned with the company's brand strategy

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus
