FLAT-RATE AUTO BODY TECHNICIAN

The Bump Clinic has an immediate opening for a dependable, experienced flat-rate body repair technician to join our winning team. The Bump Clinic facility provides a fully equipped team working environment that offers an exciting career that focuses on both employee and customer satisfaction. Body and frame experience and knowledge of body shop operations required. I-CAR Certification preferred. Interested candidates must be detail-oriented and take pride in their work. Pay $60,000 - $135,000 + earning potential
We pay for toolbox relocation to our facility
5-day work week schedule – No Weekends!!

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized environment
Test-drive vehicles and systems, using diagnostic tools and Frame and Alignment equipment
Communicate directly with planners so that customers and Insurers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications

I-Car certifications are ideal
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Experience with frame equipment and measuring systems
Must have clean & valid driver's license
