New cases in Carmel, Brewster and Patterson and throughout Northern Westchester and Putnam. We’re seeking experienced caregivers who want to join our goal of spreading joy to our clients. Qualifications:

• 6 months experience as a personal care assistant, home health aide, professional caregiver.
• Certification (PCA/HHA) is a plus!
• Dementia experience is a plus!
• A valid driver license and insured automobile that is suitable for transporting clients.
• A high level of professionalism and reliability; punctuality
• A genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life
• Excellent communication skills

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned Responsibilities:

• Provide caring companionship, conversation, and help with hobbies and leisure activities
• Transport and accompany clients to their appointments
• Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation
• Supervise daily activities
• Light housekeeping
• Give medication reminders
• Collaborate with client’s care team to provide client updates and important health changes
