Qualifications

• Prior experience as an executive assistant
• Experience managing a calendar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to: screening calls, managing calendars, travel arrangements, operations organization charts, processing expenses, meeting and event planning, and client relations
• Responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day operations
• Manage projects
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, reports, and presentations
• Handle information with discretion and confidentiality
• Act as gatekeeper to the CEO and COO
