Description Our client, a well-respected non-profit organization, is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant on a temp-to-hire basis. As the Executive Assistant, you will support senior leadership and play a vital role in facilitating the smooth day-to-day operation of the organization. This involves assisting executives while ensuring mission-aligned initiatives are executed effectively. Your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach will be critical in supporting the impactful work the non-profit accomplishes. Responsibilities: + Provide high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and creating agendas. + Oversee travel arrangements, log expenses, and process reimbursements. + Prepare executive-level correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials. + Act as liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-ups on critical items. + Attend and support board meetings, including drafting minutes and preparing materials. + Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality. + Assist in event planning for mission-related events, fundraisers, or other organizational activities when necessary. + Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed. Requirements + At least 3 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, ideally with exposure to non-profit organizations. + Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must. Experience with donor management systems or CRM software like Salesforce is a plus. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. + Self-starter with a positive attitude, passion for non-profit work, and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
