Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. The Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, workshops, and business functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring each event runs smoothly from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating all logistical aspects of events including venues, vendors, and materials
Collaborate with the events team to plan event timelines, budgets, and schedules
Support onsite event operations, including setup, registration, and guest services
Communicate with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
Manage event documentation and post-event reporting
Ensure events adhere to company standards and brand guidelines
Perform administrative tasks related to event preparation and follow-up
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
