Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and client events. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of event logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution. Responsibilities
Assist with event planning and logistical coordination from conception to execution
Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to confirm arrangements
Manage event materials, schedules, and support documentation
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operation
Monitor event budgets and ensure alignment with planning goals
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for participants when necessary
Support post-event evaluation and reporting
Qualifications
Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
