Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes and playing a vital role in delivering seamless events.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and organizing in-person and virtual events from start to finish
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments
Manage event logistics including setup, registration, materials, and on-site support
Track event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Provide support during event days to ensure flawless execution
Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure
