We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support our Events Team in planning, coordinating, and executing various events. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating engaging and successful events.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site support
Maintain clear and timely communication with team members, clients, and vendors
Prepare and organize event materials, including registration lists, signage, and equipment
Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
Monitor event timelines and ensure all elements are delivered on time and within budget
Track expenses and assist with post-event evaluations and reports
Provide general administrative support to the Events Team
Associate degree or higher in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexible schedule; ability to work evenings or weekends as needed
