We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team in Columbus. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about event coordination and enjoys working in a dynamic, creative environment. As an Events Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of various client and internal events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and organization of corporate and promotional events

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams

  • Support on-site event setup and breakdown

  • Prepare event materials, schedules, and logistics

  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met

  • Provide administrative support to the Events Manager

  • Assist with post-event reporting and analysis

  • Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders involved

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic event management tools
