Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our Event Staff team. As an Event Staff member, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of various events by providing excellent customer service, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and supporting event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, signage, and decorations.
Greet guests, check tickets or registration, and provide event information.
Monitor event activities to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
Support vendors, performers, and speakers with logistics and coordination.
Distribute promotional materials and assist with crowd control when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event venue.
Assist in event tear-down and cleanup.
Follow instructions from event supervisors and coordinate with other staff members.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
