What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
As an Event Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the entire event lifecycle —from initial planning to flawless on-site execution. Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of live and virtual events
Communicating directly with clients to understand goals, vision, and preferences
Managing event logistics including setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor coordination
Providing on-site support: guest registration, troubleshooting, and maintaining event flow
Preparing event materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness
Collaborating with internal teams (design, marketing, logistics) and third-party vendors
Collecting post-event feedback and helping compile event performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills
While prior experience in event coordination is a plus, we provide full training for the right candidate! Ideal applicants will have:
