What You’ll Do
Responsibilities As an Event Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the entire
event lifecycle —from initial planning to flawless on-site execution. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of live and virtual events
- Communicating directly with clients to understand goals, vision, and preferences
- Managing event logistics including setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor coordination
- Providing on-site support: guest registration, troubleshooting, and maintaining event flow
- Preparing event materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness
- Collaborating with internal teams (design, marketing, logistics) and third-party vendors
- Collecting post-event feedback and helping compile event performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills - While prior experience in event coordination is a plus, we provide full training for the right candidate! Ideal applicants will have:
