✍ Short Description:
We’re looking for an Email and Retention Marketing Specialist plays an integral role on the client team by executing calendar campaigns and flow work accurately and proactively on several Retention Marketing clients.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Stay organized and manage time well; know email + SMS retention basics.
  
• Project-manage, build, and schedule emails and flows in Klaviyo .
  
• Write clear creative briefs and simple HTML; launch campaigns end-to-end.
  
• Own the email production process from start to finish.
  
• Keep the monthly content calendar up to date.
  
• Write on-brand, error-free copy and run thorough QA.
  
• Lead workflow, track deadlines, and keep clients on schedule.
  
• Partner with the Account Manager/Strategist on Email & SMS plans that grow revenue.
  
• Support the team with weekly/monthly reporting.
  
• Build automations (drips), test logic, and create segments in Klaviyo.
  
• Coordinate with design team to get assets and meet timelines.
  

💡 Qualifications:

• Experience in retention marketing (email, sms, loyalty programs, etc.). 
• Klaviyo experience required
• Must have experience in using ESP WYSIWYG template editors
• Exceptional copywriting skills, can come to the table with creative content ideas for our clients, and adapt their writing style to a client’s tone of voice and style.
• Understanding of email analytics and pulling insights from those analytics.
• Understanding of email campaigns and email flows/drip campaigns/automations and how to use them effectively.

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

• SMS experience preferred, using Klaviyo, PostScript, or Attentive.
• Shopify experience preferred, working with apps such as Yotpo, Loyalty Lion, JustUno, Privy, etc.
